Steven KreuzerManaging EngineerExponent

Dr. Kreuzer specializes in custom designed testing in prototype evaluation and failure analysis of emerging and established technologies throughout the product lifecycle, from design through submittal and, if necessary, into recall evaluations and support. He has extensive experience with medical devices across functional areas and scales, from structural analysis and testing of benchtop instruments to analysis of cardiovascular medical devices, including stents and catheters. Prior to joining Exponent, Dr. Kreuzer studied myocyte protein mechanics using molecular dynamics and cellular fluid/structural interactions in maturing and remodeling orthopaedic tissues including cartilage and cortical bone.
