This session, led by Tekscan Chief Technology Officer and MIT lecturer Rob Podoloff, will explore the critical role of tactile force feedback throughout the design cycle of a device, from early R&D stages to integration into the final design. Attendees will be introduced to the underlying technology of thin, flexible force and pressure sensors, and will be led through real-life examples of brands like Dr. Scholl’s, who have successfully implemented this pressure sensing technology into products to improve patient and customer experience.
